Appointment of Compliance Officer

NHN has adopted a compliance officer system to comply with relevant laws and regulations and to ensure proper management of the company. A C-level executive director is appointed as the Compliance Officer to ensure the compliance of all corporate management activities, and the Compliance Support Organization is operated directly under the Compliance Officer. The Compliance Support Organization spearheads initiatives in controlling and supervising compliance with laws and regulations and reports compliance checks to the Board of Directors. It also conducts service risk reviews, personal information management, and compliance education.

NHN sets forth responsibilities for ethical management and standards for value judgment in the business conduct.All NHN members are required to pledge to practice the business conduct every year, we make extra endeavors to raise awareness of corporate ethics and the will to practice it.

NHN (hereinafter referred to as the ‘company’) considers the value that our customers desire as the top criterion for business activities and strives to constantly creates values that can satisfy and helpcustomers. Anti-Corruption Policy

NHN has established and hereby declares the following Anti-Corruption Policy to act with a moral and ethical duty to pursue the highest standards of integrity and reliability and to fulfill our social responsibilities by practicing ethical and transparent management.
01All executives and employees of NHN must comply with domestic and international laws and internal regulations related to anti-corruption.
02All executives and employees of NHN are strictly prohibited from accepting or demanding bribes including money, valuables, entertainment, convenience, etc. from stakeholders and engage in any corruption such as improper solicitation.
03NHN establishes and operates an effective management system to achieve anti-corruption and compliance management and we are committed to endeavor to continuously improve the system.
04All executives and employees of NHN must immediately report to the Company if any corruptive activities or violation of domestic and foreign laws and regulations related to anti-corruptions are witnessed. NHN does not disclose the informant’s identity without consent and protects the informant from retaliation or other disadvantages.
05NHN ensures that the authority and independence regarding anti-corruption to the Chief Anti-corruption Officer in our fight against corruption.
06NHN may take disciplinary action following the Company's internal regulations if any executive or employee violates the relevant laws or internal regulations, including this Policy, or fails to take reasonable measures despite knowing the violation.

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Audit

NHN endeavors to identify financial and non-financial ethics and corruption risks for organizations and business sites within the group based on an internal risk pool. An annual audit roadmap is established based on the risk priority where internal audits are conducted at least once a year and the result is shared with the Audit Committee. Through internal audits, NHN checks not only violations of ethical management, but also the appropriateness of business procedures, legal violations, corruption, and other operational activities.

Ethics Training

Every year, NHN conducts ethics training for all its members, including regular and contract workers. The training not only provides education on ethics regulations, but also introduces corporate ethics violation cases so that employees may have chances to self-monitor and guides how to report irregularities to Corporate Ethics Consultation Center.

Ethics Practices Agreement for Partners

NHN requires its major partners to sign an Ethical Practices Agreement upon signing to comply with the Code of Ethics, including anti-corruption. NHN expects to respect each other as partners in business activities, and mutual growth through transparent and fair transactions and cooperation through such activities.

01NHN and Partner shall sincerely comply with the 'Act on Fairness in Subcontracting Transactions' for orderly subcontracting transactions and win-win.
02Under any circumstances shall we never request or receive money, gifts, entertainment, convenience, or excessive hospitality.
03NHN and Partner shall be honest and upright in all transactions with money and goods, and shall always have honest, upright, and courteous attitudes towards work regulations, discipline, and work.
04In the event of immoral behavior by NHN's employees and related parties, partners shall report to NHIN's Corporate Ethics Consultation Center.
