Talent Acquisition
Each year, NHN sets annual hiring target for each business division to calculate the requisite resources. Subsequently, quantative metrics are applied for reviews and adjusts to determine the optimal hiring scale. The recruitment department collaborates closely with each business unit throughout the entire recruitment process to ensure that talents with experience and skills the organization needs are secured. NHN leverages various channels such as NHN Academy, technology conferences, and job fairs to identify talents who meet the characteristics of each position and is devoted to continuously diversify recruitment channels and strive to secure a global talent pool through vigorous recruitment programs.
