Human Rights Management Declaration
NHN has developed and published the Human Rights Management Declaration, aiming to safeguard human rights across all aspects of its operations and promote the importance of respect for these rights. This declaration adheres to international principles and domestic laws regarding human rights and establishes a benchmark for upholding the rights of NHN's stakeholders - employees, customers, suppliers, and shareholders/investors. Moreover, it guides accessible communication channels through which anyone can report grievances related to human rights, ensuring the prevention of human rights violations throughout NHN's business activities. NHN is committed to effectively managing and mitigating potential human rights risks with this comprehensive Human Rights Management Declaration.

Human Rights Grievance Procedure
NHN is dedicated to upholding human rights management standards by operating two key channels: 'WithU', an internal consultation channel for employees, and 'Corporate Ethics Consultation Center', a reporting and advisory center for external stakeholders. Such system allows all stakeholders, including employees and business partners, to report human rights violations with the assurance of confidentiality, whether they choose to reveal their identity or remain anonymous. We safeguard the anonymity of informant ensuring that individuals who report violations face no repercussions. The victim’s identity is fully safeguarded during the investigation process, by having every person in charge including the reference and the perpetrator all sign a confidentiality pledge. We remain committed to supporting the victim after the investigation is concluded to prevent any possible secondary victimization.
Family Friendly Company
NHN endeavors to foster the competitiveness of its manpower based on its diversity initiatives while supporting employees in achieving a balance between work and family life. To this end, NHN offers comprehensive maternity and paternity protection programs, equally to all employees, including reduced working hours throughout pregnancy, paid prenatal check-up leave for both mothers and fathers, and parental leave of up to one year and six months. As a result of these efforts, NHN was recognized as a Family-Friendly Excellent Enterprise by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2016 and has maintained this certification to date. Moving forward, NHN remains committed to fostering a corporate culture where both employees and their families can thrive and find fulfillment.
Employee Remuneration System
NHN maintains a transparent and fair remuneration framework based on performance metrics. By adopting a merit-based compensation structure, NHN strived to ensure that employees are duly rewarded for their contribution. In addition, through a tailored incentive program customized for the characteristics of each business unit and service, we guarantee that all employees, including non-management and non-sales employees, receive compensation proportional to their individual performance. Remuneration of employees is determined and approved in a fair and reasonable manner by the Remuneration Committee and the Global Human Resources Committee.
