Through this initiative, NHN promotes environmental awareness across the organization and continuously strengthens company- wide environmental management practices.

Key facilities —including the Play Museum, NHN’s headquarters building, and the NHN Cloud Center (NCC), the company’s proprietary data center—maintain certifications for ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management).

PAYCO drives the digital transformation in everyday life through mobile-based services. By transitioning from paper meal vouchers and transportation tickets to digital formats in corporate and university settings, PAYCO contributes to resource conservation and greenhouse gas reduction. In addition, its digital document storage services further support paper reduction and sustainable resource use.
NHN PLAY Forest Initiative
Recognizing the value of biodiversity and the importance of ecosystem conservation, NHN actively engages its employees in biodiversity preservation efforts. Participating in the “Honey Forest, Bee Forest” campaign organized by the Environmental Foundation, NHN has created the “NHN PLAY Forest” in Noeul Park, Seoul, and continues to plant nectar- producing trees through employee-led campaigns to help protect pollinator habitats.
